Small molecules. Extraordinary possibilities.
Advancing a strategy in proprietary peptides, molecular design and delivery innovation.
From where we are to where we intend to go.
Adaptogenics Health Corp. is a public company pursuing a strategy centred on proprietary peptides, small molecules and technologies that improve their performance.
Public company listed on the CSE as ADPT
→Secure promising peptide assets through exclusive licensing
Experienced scientific and commercial leadership
→Design and optimize molecules, then test them experimentally
An existing nutrition and supplement business, which continues
→Improve stability, exposure and delivery
Evaluating potential GLP 1 companion product opportunities
→Build evidence and intellectual property that guide development
The right column describes our intent. It does not describe current capabilities, owned programs or expected results.
Starting with real human needs.
These are initial areas of interest, not established clinical programs. Our ambition is broader than any single molecule or indication.
Strength and physical function
Weight loss medicines change the body. Preserving strength and physical function is an area we want to explore.
Mitochondrial function
Mitochondria power every cell. Supporting their function is a long term area of scientific interest.
Resolving inflammation
Inflammation is meant to switch off. We are exploring pathways that help it resolve.
Where molecular science meets deal making.
Dr. J. David Warren
More than two decades of experience in medicinal chemistry, peptide science and translational research. Adjunct Associate Professor of Research in Biochemistry and Biophysics at Weill Cornell Medicine and former Director of the Milstein Chemistry Core Facility.
Published mechanistic research on SS 31 (elamipretide). Not an Adaptogenics asset.

Healthcare executive and investor with close to two decades of experience. Led more than US$2 billion in buy side healthcare transactions associated with four product approvals: Kyprolis, Stivarga, Quinsair and Somryst.
Prior transactions and approvals were achieved elsewhere and are not Adaptogenics assets.

Scientific depth to choose and shape molecules. Commercial experience to build value around them.
Better molecules begin with better evidence.
We intend to connect molecular characteristics, biological activity, delivery performance and meaningful functional outcomes, so research decisions rest on connected evidence.
